returned, follow it with `polymorfa operation wait` or
`polymorfa operation watch`; see [Operations](#operations).

`campaign test-send` sends one real message from a draft to a team-connected
seed number. Its JSON input requires `sessionId` (the sending number's session
ID) and `to` (the seed phone in E.164 format); `sampleRecipientId` and
`variables` are optional. The command requires `--yes` and an explicit
`--idempotency-key`. A timeout or `result_unknown` does not prove the message
failed. Check the seed phone and reuse the same key to reconcile the attempt;
do not send with a new key until you know the outcome. Test sends are limited
to 20 per team and 5 per seed number in a rolling hour.

Stop is terminal and requires `--yes`. A campaign that has an active delivery
run answers with an operation ID, as the other lifecycle commands do. A
campaign with no active run is cancelled immediately and answers without one;

Critical · Functional Correctness · Heavy lift

Use an SDK that exposes the test-send contract.

The declared @polymorfa/sdk version lacks both imported types and MessagingCampaignsResource.testSend. CI reports TS2305 and TS2339 during npm ci’s prepare build. This blocks installation and building of the CLI. Align the SDK dependency and lockfile with an available implementation before publishing this command. (github.com)

Review comment at @src/services/campaigns.ts around lines 12 - 13:
Align the @polymorfa/sdk dependency and lockfile with an available SDK
implementation that exports CampaignTestSend and CampaignTestSendRequest and
provides MessagingCampaignsResource.testSend, so the CLI prepare build can
compile the test-send command.

Minor · Data Integrity & Integration · Quick win

Validate the request before casting it.

The JSON input can contain to: "not-a-phone" or variables: 42. Both values pass this function and reach client.campaigns.testSend, although the README requires an E.164 to value and the command treats variables as request data. Validate the optional fields and phone format before making the request. The as CampaignTestSendRequest assertion does not check either value. (github.com)

Based on learnings, external input needs runtime validation; a TypeScript assertion does not provide it.

Review comment at @src/services/campaigns.ts at line 389:
Validate the external input before the `CampaignTestSendRequest` cast in the
function containing this return: require any supplied `to` value to be a valid
E.164 phone number and any supplied `variables` value to have the expected
request-data shape. Reject invalid values before calling
`client.campaigns.testSend`; do not rely on the type assertion for runtime
validation.
