Adds messaging.cloudCatalogs.listProducts(wabaId, catalogId, { version, limit, after }) for API PR #380 (merged): a read-only product page for a catalog the API verifies as linked to the authenticated Official API Number's WABA. Exports CloudCatalogProduct, ListCloudCatalogProductsParams, ListCloudCatalogProductsResponse. Client tokens and non-numeric catalog IDs are refused before dispatch; the read uses the transport's normal read retry policy.

Contract: graphListCatalogProducts in docs/api-reference/openapi.graph.json at API dev 29abb7b66a8e225af4df5cf354e9836ccb2ce04c (SHA-256 87e3a56a…), recorded in contracts/cloud-api-supplements.json. Fields id (required), retailer_id, name, availability, and opaque paging.cursors match.

• API: unaffected; #380 merged. Deployment is a separate gate.
• SDK: typed method and exports; new tests for the exact path/cursor encoding and pre-dispatch rejection.
• CLI: companion List linked catalog products in CLI cli#46 (cloud catalog products) pins the published dev prerelease.
• Docs: TypeScript README and provenance. Public docs unaffected (Graph beta).
• Feature release: no flag, enrollment or audience change.
