Adds MessagingClient.cloudMarketing.status(wabaId, { version }) and the exported CloudMarketingStatus type for API PR #383 (merged): a project-scoped read of Meta's raw WABA Marketing Messages status strings (marketing_messages_lite_api_status, marketing_messages_onboarding_status). Client tokens and blank identifiers are rejected before dispatch. The method does not interpret eligibility, accepted terms, insight access, or send permission.

Contract: graphGetMarketingStatus in docs/api-reference/openapi.graph.json at API dev 29abb7b66a8e225af4df5cf354e9836ccb2ce04c, recorded in contracts/cloud-api-supplements.json.

• API: unaffected; #383 merged. Deployment is a separate gate.
• SDK: typed TypeScript server method; new tests for the exact route and pre-dispatch rejection.
• CLI: companion Read raw Marketing Messages WABA status in CLI cli#48 pins the published dev prerelease.
• Docs: SDK README and provenance. Public docs unaffected (Graph beta, off by default).
• Feature release: no flag, enrollment or audience change.

Local review (head 88d530f; manual pass): route and params match graphGetMarketingStatus; the response type keeps both strings optional while the schema's anyOf requires at least one, which is a safe widening for a raw passthrough. Read-only, normal read retries. Client-token guard before transport. Tests added. No findings.
