Add credit limits and funding controls to the server SDK - #331
Conversation
Pin byte-identical API snapshots to ba09326dd3c6688f05320c1f7685aeb0290a0ed2. Cover project-filtered priority reads and mixed customer/number reorders while keeping private Console usage insights excluded. Validate scoped identifiers and document inherited customer priority with number overrides.
Consume immutable API source b8fa167e47c901131d3bd9865e6479b153ad5157 byte-identically. Add only the dashboard-identity exclusion for listConsoleNumberOptions; preserve every preceding fingerprint and independent supplement pin. Verify 569 operations with 429 covered and 140 excluded.
Pin byte-identical snapshots to integrated API source 8efb062e106ac1d6888bf6fff4fbcdddf8406e48. Exclude five inherited dashboard-only audit/calendar/logging operations and refresh only the private Logs filter fingerprint. Preserve public contracts and independent supplement pins; verify 574 operations, 1457 tests and all workspace builds.

…mpaign coverage Replace the Messaging and Platform snapshots with byte-identical copies of API dev ff112f9ea82329da1b5d4c54dcb8f6c3446566e4 (API PR #331 merged). Cover recipient export on both surfaces, Messaging campaign update and both reschedule actions; refresh the two recipient list fingerprints and the Analytics provenance. Restore withoutAutomaticRetry for reschedule, which the append-retry change had removed. API PR #323 and #335 are not on dev yet, so createAudienceFromCampaign stays out of the ledger until the next repin.
Organization-key applications can read and update monthly credit limits and funding priorities for projects, customers and numbers through typed SDK methods. They can save one resource's controls atomically, reorder a project's customers and numbers together, and set initial controls when creating a real number through QuickLink.
This adds
billing.getLimits, setLimit, getPriorities, setPriority, reorderPriorities, getResourceControlsandsetResourceControls, with exported input/result types and validation before transport. Project-filtered reads avoid loading unrelated projects; project-only reads avoid number/customer directories. Complete reorders use the observed revision, and combined resource saves require both budget and priority revisions. A stale revision remains a conflict without an automatic rewrite.Project priority takes precedence. Within a project, numbers inherit customer priority and can override it with a higher number priority. A customer's assigned numbers share its monthly cap. Limits reset at 00:00 UTC on the first day of each month; zero blocks new charges, null removes the cap, and already-paid service retains its paid window. Reads require
billing:read; writes requirebilling:manage, live team authority and Pay-As-You-Go. The API enforces those rules; SDK methods never grant credentials or paid access. The full Messaging/Platform snapshots, source manifest, hashes, coverage ledger and regression gates are reconciled to immutable API source
