Compiles the six fragments merged since #1292 into CHANGELOG.md with
python tools/changelog_fragments.py --compile: #1293, #1305, #1308, #1310, #1311 and #1312. Each line takes its date and pull request from the squash commit that merged it, and the fragments are deleted. Highlights so far is unchanged: the new lines extend the agent bridge, which is not one of them.The docs PR (#1313) carries a fragment of its own, which the next compile picks up.
