Refs sirosfoundation/facetec-api#77

sirosfoundation/facetec-api#80 refuses a scan whose face does not match the photo on the document's chip. Matching only the printed photo is no longer enough. The refusal has a new credentialIssueErrorCode, chip_photo_mismatch, which so far fell through to the generic "Your identity could not be verified" message.

credentialIssueErrorCode When facetec-api returns it Message
chip_photo_mismatch FaceTec's matchLevelNFCToFaceMap (live face vs chip photo) is below the minimum, or was not reported the face did not match the photo stored in the document's chip; try again or use another document

The message is translated into Greek, Finnish, Portuguese and Swedish, like the other Photo ID messages, with the same terminology. It was not written by a native speaker, so please have it reviewed. The texts match the iOS PR word for word.

Test plan

facetec-api now refuses a scan whose face does not match the photo on the
document's chip (sirosfoundation/facetec-api#77). Without a message of its own
it fell through to the generic "identity could not be verified". Translated
into Greek, Finnish, Portuguese and Swedish like the other Photo ID messages.
