In short

Everything planned for SITMUN 1.3.0, in one place. 1.3.0 is a long-term release. It brings three groups of work:

Group Issue What you get
One repository #105 One repository, one build, one platform version, ready-made Docker images, and contributor guides. Related fixes: #106, #107, #108, #110, #111, #112, #113, #114, #115
One database definition #127 One database changelog for installs, upgrades, and tests, so fixes reach every install. Steps: #123, #124, #125, #126
Features requested for the LTR #104 The feature list from DIBA

Order

  1. Repository move (Consolidate the SITMUN repositories into a new sitmun/sitmun monorepo #105). It comes first because the database work changes the backend, the profiles, and CI together. Before the move, pull requests sitmun-backend-core#355 and fix(liquibase): widen Oracle service-check observed instants #122 are closed or rescoped.
  2. Database definition (1.3.0: one database definition for installs, upgrades, and tests #127). Right after the move. It replaces the old database history, so the move does not need to replay old changelog checks.
  3. LTR features (1.3.0: features requested by DiBa #104). Built on top. They can start in parallel once the repository move lands.

Upgrading to 1.3.0

Installs on 1.2.9 upgrade by starting 1.3.0. Older installs upgrade to 1.2.9 first. The guide is part of #124.
