Foreground poller (atag-poll.sh) that scans markdown for unresolved agent tags in [!NOTE]+/[!DONE]- callouts and inline @triggers, plus the inline-code speaker-label protocol with <!--atag:eot--> turn seals. Consolidates the atag-poller epic (#29, #30, #33) and adversarial-review fixes: process-group-correct timeout, no temp-file leak in loop mode, safe relative-path prompt building, documented acceptEdits trust boundary, and trimmed scope. Synced across the 3 in-repo skill copies.

This PR picks the look and rules for every AI chat that lives inside a notes file.
Atag is the thing that lets you chat with an AI inside any markdown file. You type
@claudein a note, save it, and the AI writes back into the same file. This PR locks in two small rules every future chat will use.1. Names are easy to tell apart. The AI gets a bold name (
*`claude`*). You get a plain one (`sam`). AIs say a lot, you say a little — loud name for the loud one.2. The AI does not talk to itself. When the AI is done writing, it leaves your name on the next line, like passing you a pen. Before this PR, the watcher saw your name and woke the AI back up to reply to its own message. Now the watcher waits until you actually type something.
Why pick this now. Every future chat in every future markdown file uses this. Pick once and stick with it. Change it later and every old chat has to be redone.
The change is small. Two pattern tweaks in one script (
atag-poll.sh). The old name style still works, so old notes don't break.Status. 216 tests pass · CI green · all skill copies in sync · stacked on
