Problems

The current /backend/asic port only works in very limited circumstances and does not support the full hierarchical Allo-Assisted ASIC Harness suite.

Proposed Solutions

I made changes to the repo - mostly inside the asic directory but some changes to the the main allo files to support things like storing physical/spatial/connectivity information in the IR, scripts to extract that information, generalize PIDs to enable macro reuse, etc.
