Description

Removal of frontend migration documentation to the old-files-and-folders folder in repo as this was completed.

Addition of GitHub issues/bugs team as the transition over to helping maintainers with persistent bugs or issue overflow. This documentation gives a short guide on what we've done and what can be done for the future team.
