+## For the future

+As of now the waveform when recording audio works, along with tooltips and more. To expand on this
+for the version 11 of OnTrack we could do something similar for the playback of audio snippets in
+the chat window. Right now they are just a simple line that shows the progression of audio playing
+not the waveform.
+
+Potential iteration could include:
+
+- Displaying the waveform of an audio snippet in the chat window.
+- Highlighting the portion of the waveform that has already been played.
+- Allowing users to click on the waveform to seek through the audio.
+- Reusing existing waveform components or logic from the recording interface where possible.
+- Investigating how waveforms should be generated.
+- Ensuring the waveform works with different audio formats and lengths.
