Bump turso (Rust), pyturso (Python), and @tursodatabase/database{,-common,-wasm}
(TypeScript) to 0.8.3. In the 0.8 TypeScript bindings, prepare() is async, so
await it everywhere in the TypeScript SDK.

prepare()returns a promise, so alldb.prepare()call sites in the TypeScript SDK (and its tests) nowawaitit.Testing
tsc --noEmitclean,npm test234 passedpytest131 passedcargo testpasses andcargo clippy -- -D warningsis clean on nightly-2026-07-26 for the SDK and CLIRust nightly pin
Stacked on #346, which pins CI and
cli/rust-toolchain.tomltonightly-2026-08-01because newer nightlies can't build turso_core 0.8.3.Known issues (not caused by this PR)
explicit_counter_loopfires on existing sandbox code. CI doesn't run clippy on the sandbox.
