🗄️ Data Integrity & Integration | 🟡 Minor | ⚡ Quick win

Omit verdict from the initial _asdict() payload.

report._asdict() already inserts verdict, so each conditional assignment still leaves "verdict": null when no verdict exists.

"""`change_signature(qn, new_params)`: edit-algebra operation 2 (issue #1533).

The definition changes, its callers in other packages do not: that is the
most-cited cross-package breakage. The graph knows every call site with
its argument shape (issue #1522), how each edge was resolved (issue #1526)
and the declared parameter types (issue #1527), so every site can be
rewritten per an explicit mapping or listed as unmapped.

`new_params` describes the new parameter list in order. Each entry says
where its value comes from at a call site: an old positional index
(`from_index`, receiver excluded), an old parameter name (`from_name`),
a default literal (`literal`, inserted where the site passes nothing), or
nothing at all (unmapped: sites that pass no value are left untouched and
listed). Every definition in the override hierarchy is rewritten too.

P1 Report Post-Commit Failures

The edit is committed before measure() invokes graph re-ingestion, but exceptions from that callback are not handled. If re-ingestion fails, the signature change remains on disk while API, CLI, and MCP callers receive an exception or generic failure instead of a SignatureReport explaining that the edit landed and graph synchronization may be incomplete.

Roll back the signature transaction by ID.

undo_last() always targets the newest transaction. Use undo_transaction(self.repo_root, report.transaction_id) instead. Handle TransactionConflict and a false TransactionOutcome.applied before setting applied=False. If rollback is refused, the signature edit remains applied and the report must not claim that it was reverted.

P1 Rollback Correct Transaction

On a failed contract check, undo_last() reverses the newest repository transaction instead of the signature transaction identified by report.transaction_id. Another edit can commit after the signature transaction and before this rollback, causing this code to undo that unrelated edit, leave the signature change applied, and report that it was not applied.
