Purpose
This PR adds full Ukrainian (uk) language support to the Zonemaster Backend.
Context
Zonemaster currently lacks a Ukrainian translation. This contribution introduces the necessary translations to make the interface accessible to Ukrainian-speaking users.
Replaces #1260, which was closed after my fork was deleted.
