Connects a populated remote diff, native CLI fixture review, anchored draft and explicit review submission in one Electron journey. The fixture accepts the review but withholds its response; after a full app restart, explicit read-back reconciliation must finish with exactly one provider run and one synthetic POST. Loaded activity and a later head change that disables the recovered finding are included.
Validation: build and unit tests passed (2,242 passed, 26 skipped); full E2E passed (475 desktop passed, 7 skipped, 7 site passed). After integrating main at d1cc80a, all seven agent and R1–R4 journey tests passed together. Captures were inspected and preserved outside the worktree. The receipt records source versions, commands and the distinction between pre-integration and integrated runs. Hosted CI passed on d7745f9: 478 desktop tests passed, 4 skipped, 7 site tests passed; the integrated case passed in 11.9 seconds. The transcript latency median was 269.2 ms on the three-core Apple M1 virtual runner (Node 24.22.1). iPhone validation passed all 43 tests, and Windows/Linux builds and analysis checks passed. Coverage upload and protected merge-queue validation are tracked separately.
Issue #327 remains open. This is synthetic GitHub/native-child-process evidence; original-reference comparison, human VoiceOver, authenticated/live-provider and authorized disposable-target write gates retain their separate status. No product capability changes or real GitHub writes occur in the test.
