Console for Keystone's MCP gateway (ai-process/ktms#136). New MCP servers page: add/edit/remove servers, set/remove the credential (write-only, fingerprint only), list a server's tools as allowed_mcp entries. The key wizard offers the mcp scope; key policy and team forms get Allowed MCP. Routes /api/proxy/mcp-servers/{name}[/credential|/tools] (writes admin-only, tools on global read; ListMCPTools goes with the read key). ktms.v1 copy follows ktms#136. Task: ai-process/docs#183.

Verified: go vet, go test ./... -race; checked in the browser against a local KTMS build (list, tools dialog, private address refused by the form).

The console manages KTMS's MCP gateway: servers (add, edit, remove),
their credential (write-only, fingerprint only) and their tools, listed
as the allowed_mcp entries a key or team takes. The key wizard offers the
mcp scope, the key policy and the team form an allowed MCP list. The
ktms.v1 copy takes the MCP gateway RPCs; ListMCPTools goes with the read
key.
