Change a running auto session's reviewer settings with pair reviewer - #28

pair reviewer --reviewer-model/--reviewer-effort (a value or default) changes the reviewer for new threads over the control socket, without a restart. A thread keeps the settings of its first round. --thread current|ID changes only the pending thread whose last round failed, e.g. over a mistyped model, and its next round starts a new reviewer conversation. The author and reviewer can't run it, and pair stop's restart command uses the current settings.
