The repository was transferred from omartelo/lich to lichdotdev/lich. GitHub redirects git, API, issue, PR and release links, so installed builds keep finding updates. GitHub Pages does not redirect: the site is now lichdotdev.github.io/lich.

What changes

  • Module paths: github.com/lichdotdev/lich (root) and github.com/lichdotdev/lich/native, plus every import (gofmt re-sorted them) and the coverage filter in go-test-summary.sh.
  • Release, raw and site URLs: install.sh, Homebrew cask, Scoop, AUR PKGBUILD, nfpm, Inno Setup, appupdate, support-url.ts, PatchNotesDialog.tsx, the native Help pane, the theme schema $id, READMEs in every language and docs/index*.html.
  • CHANGELOG.md [Unreleased] › Changed entry.

What stays

  • Personal attribution: maintainer, publisher, sponsors, FUNDING, the release bot's commit identity, and test fixtures that use omartelo as a login.
  • Platform IDs (com.github.omartelo.lich, AppUserModelID omartelo.lich): changing them would drop taskbar pins on Windows and reset permissions on macOS for existing installs.
  • The omartelo/kurogane fork, and the historical links in CHANGELOG.md / changelog/*.md, which the redirect covers.

Tests

support-url.test.ts, appupdate_test.go and settings_help_test.go changed because the contract changed: they pin the repository URL, and the repository moved.

Local gate green: biome, tsc, vite build, vitest, gofmt, go vet, go test, the linux/darwin/windows cross-compile loop, and the native/ gofmt/vet/test.

Follow-ups

  • lich-plugin, lich-intellij and the theme READMEs still cite omartelo/lich.
  • The AUR package picks up the new url on the next release.

The repo was transferred to lichdotdev/lich. Module paths (root and native/), release, raw and site URLs, README links and the install scripts now point there. Personal attribution, platform IDs and the kurogane fork stay as they are.
